Festival Workspace
Your central festival profile: dates, site, capacity, licence notes, contacts, departments, suppliers, site zones, gates, campsites, stages, fire/water/waste points and the document library.
Department Builder
A template system for the team structure — box office, accreditation, gates, back office, night ops, green team and more. Each carries standard roles, shift patterns, a supervisor role, a briefing template and an escalation route.
Role Library, with SIA boundary check
Every role ships with its purpose, allowed tasks, not-allowed tasks, escalation route, equipment and SIA risk flag. The boundary is built into the product, not bolted on.
Shift Planner
Create shifts by department, assign staff and team leads, track check-in/out, breaks, equipment, radio call sign, site zone, briefing completion — and export timesheets.
Live Ops Log
Capture the show-week record that disappears into radio and WhatsApp: time, category, zone, source, severity, owner, status, action, escalation and handover note. Event-control support, not replacement.
Site Issue Map
Pin site points, assign checks, mark defects, update status, upload photos, assign owners, export the issue report. Not CAD, not site design — live operational visibility for the people running the site.
Debrief
The post-event record that becomes next year’s plan: recurring issues, gate bottlenecks, waste hotspots, staffing gaps and lessons learned.
